Prices are in GBP. No VAT is currently charged. Packages have a twelve-month minimum term from the agreed monthly billing date, followed by rolling monthly service with thirty days' written notice. External subscriptions, specialist hardware and separately scoped work are shown before agreement.

Are these fixed prices?

They are honest guide prices. Content, migration, integrations and operational requirements differ between businesses, so your exact price may be slightly higher or lower. Tahir Tech confirms every deliverable, cost and external subscription before you sign.

What is Presence?

Presence is a focused 2 to 3 page DNA website with a lead form, domain, one mailbox, Search Console, on-page SEO and a one-time Google Business Profile setup where eligible. It is guided at £97 setup and £27 per month. It does not include bookings, a shop, DNA Assistant or ongoing Maps posting.

What does the monthly fee pay for?

Presence covers hosted DNA pages, one mailbox, uptime and light support. Launch and above cover the DNA platform, managed hosting, two full mailboxes, support, continued improvements and ongoing SEO. The signed proposal states the boundaries clearly.

Is SEO an optional extra?

No. Presence includes Search Console plus technical and on-page SEO for those pages. Launch and above add ongoing technical, on-page, local and structured-data work. Rankings are never guaranteed.

What is DNA?

DNA is our platform for the website and the work behind it: secure administration, content, bookings, sales, customer journeys, reporting and approved AI-assisted operations.

Can DNA grow beyond the selected package?

Yes. Presence is built on DNA, so moving to Launch later deepens the same platform rather than replacing it. When the business needs a custom workflow, Tahir Tech can estimate and develop it from that foundation.
